Easy Returns

At NovaRed, we stand behind every product we sell, but we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or find the product wasn’t exactly what you were hoping for. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

If you decide to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receiving your order, please email us at info@getnovared.com.au with your order number, and we will provide detailed instructions to process the return.

Return Shipping Costs
As the customer, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the item(s) in your order.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification confirming that your refund has been processed.

Condition of Returned Items
To receive a refund, the item(s) must arrive at our distribution center in "Like New" condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

  • "Like New" means that the items must not show any signs of wear or use.
  • Items with visible signs of wear or damage caused by use will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please:

  1. Note the damage immediately when signing for delivery.
  2. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product on the day of delivery.
  3. Email the photos to info@getnovared.com.au for assistance.

NovaRed will cover shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. Be sure to keep all original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns must be authorised by our customer service team before processing.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please email our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

  • Cancellations before shipment: Full refund.
  • Cancellations after shipment: Follow our 30-Day Return Policy and be subject to return shipping costs.

Additional Return Notes

  • Certain products may have return policies that differ from the above. These will be noted in the product descriptions or specific product return information.
  • Products specified as certified pre-owned or used are not eligible for returns.
  • Orders purchased for temporary use or "one-time use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
