Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
This means we’ve successfully received your order and pre-authorised your payment.
Once we receive your order, we automatically verify that your item is in stock and ready for shipment.
If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we’ll void the pre-authorisation and contact you by email to discuss the available options.
If your item is available, we’ll process the payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Shipment
Delivery is generally within 5–12 business days Australia-wide.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours, including your tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage, we recommend noting it before signing for delivery or refusing the delivery entirely.
If you accept delivery and later discover damage, please take clear photos of both the packaging and the affected product(s).
Send the photos to info@getnovared.com.au along with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review the information and assist you as quickly as possible.
