Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
This means we’ve successfully received your order and pre-authorised your payment.
Once we receive your order, we automatically verify that your item is in stock and ready for shipment:

If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we’ll void the pre-authorisation and contact you via email to discuss alternative options.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5–12 business days), we’ll process the payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and payment is successfully processed, your items will be dispatched within three business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours, including your tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery:

If you notice any visible damage, we recommend noting it before signing for delivery or refusing the delivery entirely.

If you accept delivery and later discover damages, please take clear photos of both the packaging and the affected product(s).
Send the photos to info@getnovared.com.au and visit our Returns page to lodge a claim online. We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
