Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have successfully received your order and pre-authorised your payment for the purchase. Once we receive your order, we will automatically check to confirm that your item is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you via email to discuss alternative arrangements. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and begin preparing your order for delivery.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and charges are processed successfully, your items will be shipped within three business days from the date of purchase. We will send you a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within four business days of placing your order, feel free to reach out to us at info@getnovared.com.au.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, we recommend noting it before signing for delivery or refusing to accept the delivery altogether. If you accept delivery and discover damages, please immediately take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product(s) using your smartphone or camera. Email the photos to info@getnovared.com.au, then visit our Returns page to lodge a return claim online.
