Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have successfully received your order and pre-authorised your payment for the purchase. Once we receive your order, we will automatically check to confirm that your item is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you via email to discuss alternative arrangements. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and begin preparing your order for delivery.

Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and charges are processed successfully, your items will be shipped within three business days from the date of purchase. We will send you a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within four business days of placing your order, feel free to reach out to us at info@getnovared.com.au.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, we recommend noting it before signing for delivery or refusing to accept the delivery altogether. If you accept delivery and discover damages, please immediately take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product(s) using your smartphone or camera. Email the photos to info@getnovared.com.au, then visit our Returns page to lodge a return claim online.

Warranty

1-Year Product Warranty

NovaRed stands behind the quality of the products we supply.

Products for which this warranty is stated on the product page are covered by a 1-Year Product Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

This warranty begins on the date your order is dispatched.

What is covered

The 1-Year Product Warranty covers the main product unit and, where supplied with the product:

  • power supply;
  • adapter; and
  • controller.

Other small accessories are not covered by this additional warranty.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by improper use or operation;
  • unauthorised disassembly, modification or repair;
  • accidental or physical damage, including damage caused by drops or impacts;
  • water or liquid damage that is not caused by a manufacturing defect;
  • normal wear and tear, including normal deterioration of consumable parts; or
  • damage caused by improper storage, handling or transportation after delivery.

These exclusions apply to this additional warranty and do not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Making a warranty claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@getnovared.com.au.

To help us assess your claim, please provide:

  • your NovaRed order number;
  • a brief description of the issue;
  • clear photographs showing the product and fault; and
  • where reasonably required, a short video demonstrating the issue.

We aim to respond to warranty claims within 1 business day and complete our initial assessment within 3–5 business days after receiving the information reasonably required to assess the claim.

What happens if your claim is approved

For a valid claim under this warranty, NovaRed will generally first arrange replacement parts where replacement parts can reasonably resolve the issue.

If replacement parts do not resolve the issue, NovaRed may arrange replacement of the complete product.

On-site repair services are not provided under this warranty.

NovaRed will cover the cost of sending approved replacement parts or a replacement product to you.

If a product needs to be returned for assessment or replacement, please do not send it before contacting us. We will provide return instructions. Return costs will be dealt with having regard to the circumstances of the claim and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

This 1-Year Product Warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantee rights may continue beyond the warranty period depending on the circumstances and the nature of the product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The three paragraphs above are the prescribed wording and should remain unchanged.
