Getting Started & Usage Tips

• Both 660nm Red Light and 850nm Near-Infrared Light operate automatically during use. No wavelength selection is required.

• For best light exposure, use directly on bare skin where possible. Light clothing is generally acceptable, however thick clothing may reduce light penetration.

• New users may wish to begin with 10 minutes on one side of the body, followed by 10 minutes on the other side. Then gradually increase session duration over time.

• If using around the face, we recommend wearing the included protective glasses.

• The P1–P5 settings adjust brightness intensity. P1 is a suitable starting point for new users.

• If you have sensitive skin, consider starting with shorter sessions and gradually increasing duration as tolerated.

• Do not use on wounded, inflamed, or sunburnt skin.

• Avoid pressing the blanket firmly against the body during use.

• Do not use while sleeping.

• Skincare products may be applied after your session as part of your normal routine.
